The aim of this article is to investigate and analyze the effectiveness of physiotherapeutic intervention in children with brachial plexus injury between 0 and 2 years of age. The aim is to evaluate the different methods and approaches used in physiotherapy to promote the rehabilitation of these patients, with the aim of improving their functionality and quality of life. In order to better delimit the research, the following problem was raised: What is the effectiveness of physiotherapeutic intervention in the treatment of children with brachial plexus injuries between 0 and 2 years of age? The conclusion is that physiotherapeutic intervention is essential to improve the functionality of the affected limb and the motor development of children with brachial plexus injuries. Personalized interventions, such as therapeutic exercises and sensory stimulation, can provide significant gains in range of motion, muscle strength and motor coordination.
2024-09-19T18:59:54+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://cathedral.ojs.galoa.com.br/index.php/cathedral/article/view/810 Mediação de Conflitos 2024-09-29T12:48:30+00:00 Isabela da Silva tomadonisabela@gmail.com
The present article proposes an analysis of the social context of conflict mediation in contemporary times, emphasizing the urge to transition from a litigation culture to a dialogue culture. It is based on Brazilian Law No. 13,140, 2015, which regulates mediation in the process, and the amendment to Brazilian Resolution No. 125, 2010 from CNJ, aiming to promote the adoption of extrajudicial solutions in dispute resolution. The importance of incorporating alternative methods of conflict resolutions, especially the intersection, to ensure a more harmonious and efficient society in dispute management will be discussed. It is argued that intersection not only relieves the burden on the Brazilian judiciary system but also promotes a culture of cooperation, communication, and mutual understanding among the involved parties. There is an emphasis on the need for public awareness and education regarding the benefits of mediation, both for individuals and society at large. Promoting mediation as the preferred method of conflict resolution significantly contributes to building a more peaceful and collaborative culture.
2024-09-19T19:16:14+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://cathedral.ojs.galoa.com.br/index.php/cathedral/article/view/815 O RECONHECIMENTO DA MULTIPARENTALIDADE 2024-09-29T12:48:31+00:00 Camila Pucci Miró camilamiro@hotmail.com
ABSTRACT

This study deals with the recognition of multiparenthood, as the multiplicity of affective and family ties has been an increasingly recognized and valued reality in contemporary society, as it is constituted by various patterns and forms, which go beyond genetics. In this context, the concept of multiparenting emerges as an expression of the complexity of family relationships, challenging traditional family structures based on bi-parental models, where there are two biological and socio-affective fathers or two mothers respectively. Thus, the objective of this research is to analyze the recognition and possibility of multiparenting from a legal perspective of more than one parent of the same sex, considering its implications for family relationships and legislative practices, with a view to guaranteeing the interests of children and adolescents. who lives with the bond of socio-affective biological motherhood and fatherhood. In short, multiparenting emerges as a fundamental concept in understanding and promoting the different forms of family formation in contemporary society. Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of this approach reveals the complexity and importance of recognizing and respecting the diversity of affective and parental ties. By recognizing the multiplicity of parental figures, multiparenting strengthens family ties, promotes equity in the recognition of biological and civil parental bonds, guaranteeing dignity and protecting children's rights to be raised in a loving and safe family environment, as well as as well as the human person who aims to guarantee the recognition of consolidated motherhood/fatherhood.
2024-09-19T19:20:18+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://cathedral.ojs.galoa.com.br/index.php/cathedral/article/view/966 Anterior cruciate ligament injuries in athletes 2024-09-29T12:48:31+00:00 Guilherme Pereira de Araújo guilhermeparaujo_@outlook.com Luis Miguel Possidonio Torres Rebouças luispossidonio@hotmail.com Willian Tihago Quirino Sales willian.tihago@gmail.com
The knee is a complex joint, composed of several structures, including bones, muscles, ligaments, cartilage and the joint capsule. This joint is responsible for supporting the body structure and enabling individuals to walk. Ligaments play an important role in stabilizing this joint, i.e., they limit the degree of movement so that frequent dislocations do not occur. Specifically in the knee, there are five extracapsular ligaments and two intra-articular ligaments. The anterior cruciate ligament, the main target of this study, is an intra-articular ligament that functions to limit the anterior movement of the tibia. When the fibers of this structure are torn, this joint is subject to harmful movements, such as hyperextension and/or subluxations. In the event of a rupture, it is impossible for the ligament to regenerate, since it is poorly vascularized. Surgical procedures are necessary so that the ruptured ligament can be replaced by a neoligament originating from the tendon of some large muscle group. In the pre- and post-operative phases, physiotherapy plays a very important role in studying and defining an individual treatment protocol based on strengthening the affected structures, taking into account the risks and benefits that may be incurred by the patient.
2024-09-19T19:40:41+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://cathedral.ojs.galoa.com.br/index.php/cathedral/article/view/965 Physiotherapeutic Intervention with the Bobath Neuroevolutionary Method in children with Cerebral Palsy 2024-09-29T12:48:31+00:00 Daniela Lima Silva daniele.lima007@hotmail.com Diandra Mikaela Lima Matos diandra2015valentina@gmail.com Willian Tihago Quirino Sales willian.tihago@gmail.com
Chronic Non-Progressive Encephalopathy (CNPE), or commonly called cerebral palsy (CP), is a set of conditions that can compromise the brain in the phase of structural and functional maturation, due to an injury in the pre-, peri- or post-natal periods. , until the second year of life Bobath's techniques were developed in the 1940s by Berta and Karel Bobath. The approach is based on neuroplasticity, aiming to facilitate postural control and functional movements through the manipulation of muscle tone and movement patterns. General objective: to evaluate existing studies that investigate the effectiveness of Bobath techniques in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy, comparing them with other therapeutic approaches used and as specific objectives: to map and describe the different therapeutic protocols and specific interventions used within the Bobath approach, highlighting which components demonstrate greater effectiveness in different clinical contexts and analyzing studies that examine the combination of Bobath techniques with other therapeutic interventions. Methodology: this is an exploratory descriptive study, carried out through a bibliographic search. Conclusion: the studies analyzed clearly demonstrate the crucial role of the Bobath Method in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy. This technique is essential to enhance and maintain the psychomotor development of these children, ultimately leading to an improvement in their quality of life.
2024-09-19T19:46:34+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://cathedral.ojs.galoa.com.br/index.php/cathedral/article/view/950 THERAPEUTIC RHYTHMS 2024-09-29T12:48:31+00:00 Enysuen Pinheiro Matos suenbr@gmail.com Nara Lisiane Abreu Oliveira naralisianepsi@gmail.com
Anxiety disorders affect children in different ways, and music therapy emerges as a promising treatment alternative. This trend is an inseparable part of the dynamic scenario of the capitalist mode of accumulation which, to guarantee surplus value, uses different strategies to accelerate levels of exploitation, such as the flexibilization of labor, made viable by new forms of management and performance of work, as part of inseparable from productive restructuring and the rise of neoliberal ideas. These are elements that affect labor rights, which in Brazil, added to the restructuring/neoliberalism binomial, have seen their regression deepen, especially since the Labor Reform (Law nº. 13.467/2017). In view of this, the present study aims to understand and explain the main implications that this scenario implies in Labor Law and the precariousness of its relationships and conditions. To capture the main dimensions, the Marxian method of analysis, the bibliographic/webgraphic review and the Labor Reform Law were chosen as ways of approaching the procedurality of transformations imposed on work in the Brazilian scenario. The result of the study showed that flexibilization is a global and national trend, dictating significant subservience to the workforce, reaffirmed in the diverse changes and regressions in labor legislation. In view of this, it is concluded that contradictory offensives against work as a Social Right are underway, leaving the working class to organize collectively as one of the ways to resist super-exploitation and the capitalist drive for extraordinary profits.

Keywords: Work. The postpartum transition is challenging, and PPD can significantly affect babies and their mothers. Research in this field is essential in order to develop effective prevention and intervention strategies and promote a healthy start to motherhood. To address this issue, this article aims to investigate the biopsychosocial factors that contribute to PPD and analyze their impact on the mother-baby relationship, thus seeking to better understand these factors that directly impact maternal well-being and child development. In view of this, the following problem question was raised in order to better outline the research: "What are the biopsychosocial factors that contribute to maternal depression in the puerperium and how does this condition affect the relationship between mother and baby?". The methodology of this study comprised basic bibliographical research, with data collection conducted in selected libraries and websites. The nature of the research was qualitative, and the approach adopted was deductive, seeking to clarify the phenomenon investigated from general to specific concepts. It was concluded that the bond between the baby and its mother is essential for the child's emotional and psychological development, and is influenced by the prenatal, perinatal and postnatal stages. The quality of this relationship is strongly linked to the mother's sensitivity in meeting the baby's needs. PPD can negatively impact this interaction, damaging the affective environment for the child and its development of secure attachment.
